Supervisory Program Support Manager

Serves as first level manager of assigned workforce consisting of management and program analysts, administrative officers, safety and technical specialists, logistics, materiel management, and other personnel who provide support to management and employees in the ATO Technical Operations District Offices. Reports directly to the District Manager within a Service Area. Implements national level requirements for programs such as acquisition/procurement, materiel, training/certification, physical security, and environment/safety. Maintains, analyzes, and reports information relied on by managers to efficiently manage the organization. Defines and acquires resources necessary to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Technical Operations organization. Participates in planning and executing organizational goals using sound management principles in order to accomplish mission objectives. Applicants must meet the minimum qualification requirements by the closing date of the announcement. To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I or FG/GS-13 in the Federal Service.Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience should include:
managing resources, management and strategic planning; process evaluation and development; and knowledge of budget allocation and administrative policies/ proceduresApplicants should include examples of specialized experience in their Work History.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
