Program Analyst

Provide data management support to the OASIS program and the Professional Services Category. Establish methods to determine and maintain consistency among data in various systems and identify conflicting and inconsistent data that requires resolution by IT experts or management action. Performs administrative, inventory and financial validation duties related to OASIS and ITSS. Facilitate and support implementation of process improvement strategies through collaborative efforts with the OASIS Program Office and Program Stakeholders. For each job on your resume, provide:

The GS-11 salary range starts at $70,120 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related and/or at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level in the Federal service is defined as using research techniques and methodologies to assess, collect, and analyze data, review funds and complete reconciliations related to statistical billing reports, invoices, dashboards, or program effectiveness.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
