Duties and Responsibilities
Work as a key business partner and bridge between Finance and other functional areas to optimize business processes and facilitate an understanding of cost structures and operational results
Create, develop, and maintain job costing framework and standards
Develop, maintain, and evaluate plant metrics and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive clarity, accountability, and results
Provide timely and accurate reporting to include: gross margin analysis, variance analysis, plant metrics, and KPIs
Ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation and physical counts
Go-to functional expert and resource for ERP system
Work closely with Director of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and related financial analysis
Participate in internal and external audits as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred, but not required)
7-10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including 5-7 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
ERP implementation experience is highly desired
Demonstrated leadership ability to drive change, improve controls, and influence decisions through process improvement, financial analysis, and metrics
Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management and across functional areas
Experience in budgeting, modeling, and financial analysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
