We are looking for a committed employee to help us deliver superior products that enable our customers to realize their goals.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Monitor jobs through order initiation, production, delivery and/or will-call to ensure fabrication projects are continually moving forward efficiently and cost effectively Answer phones/email and assist on-site, self-service and will-call customers Effectively communicate with customers for accuracy and approval of purchase orders and quotes Notify customers when orders are complete or when clarification on an order is needed Read and interpret prints, work orders, and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations and to confirm dimensional and finish specifications are met Recommend value-added services, when appropriate Enter job orders on P.

system Handle cash, credit card and charge account transactions at front counter Perform accounts receivables functions including posting check payments and invoicing orders Ensure accuracy of inventory and supplies Operate office equipment including personal computer, copier, fax machine and 10-key calculator Fabricate, assemble, and build wood & plastic products, applying knowledge of working characteristics of plastics and bonding techniques, using precision instruments, hand-tools, power tools, machines, and equipment when sales office is slow.
Back up drivers on their local routes, delivering products to customers as needed in our transit vans.
Assist in other areas, as needed
Qualifications:
