_ Highly dynamic, fast-paced and energetic work On-site training with team followed by remote capabilities Competitive hourly base pay $25/hr
paid bi-weekly, plus monthly bonus and commission! Paid vacation, sick time Part-Time shifts Monday-Wednesday from 5pm-7pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am-3pm.

years of phone customer service experience 1
years inside sales or lead setting experience 1
years live scheduling experience preferred Excellent problem solving skills Ability to follow multiple scripts Empathy for our customers and team Service Titan or applicable CRM software preferred Experience working within multiple software's at one time Degree or certification related to sales, marketing or business strongly preferred Roofing Industry experience preferred (or HVAC, countertops, electrical, garage doors, etc) Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers and other team members to get the job done 65 WPM
