Experience:
24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is preferred.
3 months of experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
This role will require floating to multiple units COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Additional Details:
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.
(Nursing positions only).
Patient Types:
Respiratory Failure, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI Bleeds, DKA, Sepsis, General Post-operative Patients, CVA's, ETOH, Overdose.
No craniotomies, major traumas, or major cardiothoracic.
Skills required:
Cardiac Rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring, vent/trachs and bipap management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, IV medication titration.
Patient Ratios:
ICU 1:
1 or 1:
2 based on acuity PCU 1:
4 May take PCU assignment in the ICU Floating:
ED Overflow PCU Travelers float first Scheduling:
This unit does not guarantee block scheduling Weekend rotation:
every other Shift time are 0700-1930 & 1900-0730 Holiday Schedule:
1 major, based on unit needs Approve time off:
Up to 7 days Scrubs:
Any Color, no camo - Shoes must be closed-toe.
