Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess pest control needs, insulation requirements, and areas of vulnerability.
Engage with homeowners in a friendly and respectful manner, actively listening to their concerns and addressing any questions they may have.
Provide detailed explanations of our services, including the benefits of our insulation solutions in creating a energy efficient healthy home.
Offer custom-tailored pest control and exclusion service packages based on clients' specific needs and budget.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inspection findings, and sales activities in our CRM system.
Continuously update knowledge of pest control industry trends, insulation technologies, and customer service best practices.
Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
