We're looking for RNs to join our Med/Surg and ICU/PCU teams at Auburn Medical Center in Auburn, WA or Covington Medical Center in Covington, WA.
We are offering a sign-on bonus and $20k student loan forgiveness for qualified candidates.
Position
Summary:
As a MultiCare RN, you'll assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
We'll rely on you to apply your specialized training, demonstrate critical thinking and consistently follow established processes.
But most of all, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness as you interact with the patients who are trusting you with their care.
Minimum Requirements:
Hospital-based nursing experience is required.
New graduates or RNs without hospital experience should apply for an upcoming RN residency.
MultiCare offers are contingent upon COVID-19 vaccination.
The only exemptions/accommodations will be for documented medical history or conditions for which COVID immunization is contraindicated or religious/strongly held personal beliefs.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire.
Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
Current WA state RN license prior to start date.
Current Health Care Provider level CPR and ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or PEARS certification as required by facility or department.
Specialty certification preferred.
