Looking for; Quick learner Customer Service experience A positive person with a sense of humor Type proficiently Experienced with the computer, Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail.
Organized and good at prioritizing your work Sharp memory skills Show up to work daily and on time Willing to jump in and try something new Ability to multI-task Comfortable with formal written communication Self-starter and tech-savvy Monday -Friday 9:
00 am -5:
00 pm Contribution towards your cost of healthcare or use ours Major holidays off & paid Paid week off after one year of employment Common Work Duties Included but not limited to:
Handle incoming phone calls Schedule jobs Liaison between service technicians and customers Dispatch Technicians Create Invoices Create estimates Manage email accounts Manage insurance Certificates General office duties, as needed Statements Accounts receivable Adaptable While office experience and familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred, we are willing to train the right person! Looking for someone who is motivated and willing to bring in new ideas.
Must work well in a diverse environment.

Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
