Full-time 11 hours ago Full Job Description Summary I'm hiring a daycare Assistant for my in-home daycare 30-35 hours a week Monday thru Friday, must be available to work shifts between the hours of 6:
30 am and 530pm.
Shift may vary, may include an occasional opening or closing shift.
Shifts will range from 4 to 8 hours a day depending on the need.
May work into more hours if needed to cover for vacations and sick time.
Willing to be a team player, get along easily with fellow workers, have a good sense of humor, easy going, dependable, punctual, and works well with others, willing to learn, and flexible.
?Must enjoy working with kids, have patience and understanding for children of all ages.
Willing to engage in daily activities and conversation in a positive manner.
Must be reliable, self motivated, able to take initiative, and multi task.

No weekends or evenings Wages will depend on experience.
I am willing to train the right person if you are willing to learn.
THIS IS NOT BABYSITTING.
We offer a preschool program and a learning environment.
Experience in a formal setting like a home daycare or center is a plus.
SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!! Duties You will be required to work with kids ages 2 months to 12 years of age.
Must be able to work during the hours of 630am-530pm varying shifts.
Change diapers, help prepare meals, feed infants and toddlers as needed, document feedings, diaper changes, and naps for infants, provide support during preschool activities, help maintain the cleanliness of the daycare area, clean up after meal times, provide outside and inside supervision, communicate with parents about their child's day, engage with children during free time, help provide a safe and positive learning environment, and other duties as requested Requirements 18 years of age High School Diploma First Aid/CPR for infants and children completed with in the first 30 days 30 hours of STARS training completed with in the first 6 months TB test completed prior to start date DCYF approved Background check completed with in the first 30 days Reliable transportation, (I'm not near a bus route) Food Handlers Card with in the first 30 days MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED Benefits Paid holidays and sick time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
